David Arnold began, over 20 years ago, with the five year Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) program at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Victoria, BC. Since then, he has also had the privilege of more than one intensive internships in China. The first, at the renowned Cheng Du University TCM Hospital, working in Pediatrics, Cardiology, Rheumatology, Diabetes, Gastroenterology and Respiratory, in both Internal Medicine and Acupuncture Departments. Recently again, David had the opportunity to do rounds with some of China’s best doctors in both the Nan Jing Chinese Medicine University Hospital and affiliated Jiangsu Provincial Hospital. Further professional studies include graduating from the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine in Portland, OR and having been designated a Diplomate in Canonical Chinese Medicine. David is currently a Registered Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine (R.TCM.P) and therefore licensed in the province of BC to use Acupuncture and prescribe Herbal Medicine.
Prior to his studies in Chinese Medicine David graduated from the Toronto School of Homeopathic Medicine and has concurrently been running a successful practice as a Classical Homeopath. He has also completed the 3 year post-graduate Luminos Master Clinician Course.
David remains very active within both the TCM and Homeopathic communities. He is dedicated to elevating the standard of medicine within the TCM profession and early in his career had pioneered the use and supply of organic and lab-tested herbs in Canada. He is a Registered Member in good standing with the college of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC), as well as the professional Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in BC (ATCMA).
Before his studies in Medicine, David had a career as a Mechanical Engineer. After receiving an honors degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario, he travelled the world for almost three years. He learned about the healing modalities and medicines of many other cultures. He was inspired to take various courses in Massage, Acupressure, Shiatsu, Iridology, Reiki, and had also become a Certified Reflexologist.
David’s passion for promoting good health and helping the well being of others has always been paramount. He is dedicated to a life-long of learning in his field and continues to expand his knowledge and skills through various courses, seminars and conferences.

Harris graduated from the Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine program at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Victoria, BC. He is a Registered Member in good standing with the college of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC), as well as the professional Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture in BC (ATCMA)
His passion for Chinese medicine led him to advanced clinical training in China, including internships at Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, affiliated hospitals of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and most recently at Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
He also completed advanced studies with the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine, earning the designation of Diplomate in Canonical Chinese Medicine. These experiences provided Harris with a strong foundation in classical theory, holistic diagnostics, and evidence-informed clinical practice.
As a clinician, Harris brings twenty years of experience in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, treating a wide range of health concerns. He has extensive expertise in reproductive and hormonal health, including fertility support, pelvic pain, menstrual and menopausal regulation, and thyroid and autoimmune conditions. Harris also works with complex or chronic conditions that have been challenging to resolve with conventional approaches. He develops individualized treatment plans grounded in classical Chinese medicine, combining technical skill in acupuncture and herbal formulation with compassionate, patient-centered care.
Outside of clinical practice, Harris contributes to the advancement of Chinese medicine in British Columbia through licensing exam development, program audits, and regulatory initiatives. His research experience includes clinical studies in acupuncture for vulvar pain, stress and fertility, and chemotherapy-induced neuropathy.
